Opened in 2009, Mushara Bush Camp is the latest addition to the Mushara Collection. Located 10 kms from the eastern entrance of Etosha National Park, the Bush Camp offers a down-to-earth tented bush camp experience.
Mushara Bush Camp has 16 custom made, en suite tents built from a combination of canvas, wood and local limestone. With their own private veranda and roof to floor windows, these tents are spacious and airy. A coffee station, safe deposit box, mosquito net, hair drier and floor fan are included.
The large en suite bathrooms have an oversized window and shower looking into the surrounding bush. The brushed cement floors and stone walls keep the tents cool from the afternoon sun.
Four of these tents are ideally suited for families with small children as they have a sleeper couch sleeping two children each.
The main Bush Camp House is thatched and has a true bush camp feel to it. The early evenings see a camp fire lit where guest can relax and chat. Dinner, lunch and breakfast are served on the thatched veranda.
The camp has a main swimming pool and also a children’s pool, play area and childminding service. This is a camp which offers families a comfortable and affordable base for visiting Etosha.
