This is a one of a kind authentic cooking lesson where you will be able to learn how to use the local spices which you can find at the spice farms of Zanzibar. The cooking takes place in a Zanzibar house, located in a building in Stone Town which is over 100 years old. The cooking is done with Chef Yaz, who is the Zanzibari owner of Green Garden Restaurant.
