Chobe Game Lodge

The only permanent lodge in this northern part of the park with great views over the Chobe River. Well placed for Victoria Falls too.

The lodge was built in the 1970s but has adjusted to cater for modern day luxuries and demands including a wonderful deck from which to watch activity on the river or the main park.

There are 47 guestrooms including twin/doubles, private and family suites all with air-conditioning.  The rooms all have large decks overlooking the river with sunloungers so guests can start their safari right from their bedside

Chobe Game Lodge has plenty of dining and lounge options with a lovely open main dining area – although from time to time the lodge does set up dining outside for an under the stars experience.

The lodge has excellent facilities to fill in the gaps between safaris including a lovely pool with waterfall feature, spa, gym and several terrace to just relax and enjoy.

Although this area of Chobe has a large number of visitors, this lodge does offer an element of escapism and, being a fixed build, does attract those safari goers seeking a little more comfort.
