Asha Boutique Hotel

A charming little B&B centrally located on Diani beach.

Asha Boutique, previously Diani Blue, was built in the Swahili style on one acre of seafront property. It has a lovely open air verandah that acts as a common entrance and sitting room, facing the pool and the sea.

Asha has only six guest rooms tastefully decorated with a mix of African, European, Afghan and Swahili decor, terra cotta floor tiles and solid mvuli carpentry work. All rooms have windows and beds with mosquito netting and their own spacious bathroom, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Asha Boutique is located in a very central position. It is about 200 mts to the left of the Forty Thieves Beach Bar (if facing the sea) and right opposite the new Baharini Shopping Centre which has a fully-stocked supermarket, a chemist, a bank and a variety of little boutiques and shops.

The beach is one of Asha’s main natural attractions with white sands and crystal clear waters year round. The Ledge Café is the hotel’s beach front terrace where guests can have drinks and meals, lay in the sun, read or simply watch the waves and people stroll by.

Asha Boutique offers good food and good wine through a variety of Italian, Continental, Indian and Swahili dishes.  Breakfast is a served continental breakfast, Lunch offers a very affordable selection of freshly made snacks, unique Chef salads and sandwiches.  Dinner consists of a full cooked meal, with a selection of two starters, three main courses or a seafood special, and dessert – options change daily.

The hotel offers a range of beauty and relaxation treatments in its open air garden gazebo.  They have a small local boat (ngalawa) available for snorkelling, a beautiful fresh water swimming pool and an air conditioned Snooker Room & Wine Bar equipped with a pool table, a lovely bridge table, cards, chess, back gammon and other games, darts and a library.

Asha Boutique is a beautiful corner of paradise in a world full of challenges. For this reason, the owners try to find ways of giving back to the communities.  They regularly donate funds and supplies to carefully selected organizations working to help people and the environment.
