If you can give us 3 weeks of your time, we can show you the highest peak in Africa, the Big 5 in the Ngorongoro Crater and the big cats and kopjes of the Serengeti. Complete your adventure with 5 days of rest & play by the Indian Ocean, and you have three bucket list trips in one.

Kilimanjaro, the roof of Africa

Knowing you are higher than anyone else in Africa at that particular moment is quite a buzz, rightly so at 5895m.

The Stunning Beaches of Zanzibar

There’s nowhere quite like it for the stunning white-white fine sand and turqoise warm sea. Have fun swimming or just chilling on the beach and watching the dhows sail by.

Snorkelling/Diving

Immerse yourself in beautiful waters either beach side or off a boat. There are plenty of places to hire, dip and dive nearby.

Your own Private Safari

Your safari experience will be as personal as possible with a guide tailored to your party. You will be in a specially crafted safari landrover/landcruiser with pop up roof or open sides for optimum game viewing.

Witness the Great Migration

Possibly the greatest show on earth with the movement of up to a million wildebeest and zebra within the Serengeti/Masai Mara ecosystem, following the same pattern each year in search of fresh grasses.

Rivertrees Country Inn, Arusha

1 - 3

Your safari guide will meet you at the airport and take you to your lodge in Arusha where you can relax after your flight, swim, sleep and acclimatise.
The next morning, your trek guide will come to the lodge to brief you on your climb and thoroughly check your equipment. Checking you are prepared is essential for a safe and successful summit.

Machame Route, Kilimanjaro Private Trek

3 - 10

This morning, you will be up early for a hearty breakfast before you are collected by your trekking guide. You can leave luggage at the lodge.
You will spend 6 nights on Kilimanjaro with a private guide – 5 nights ascending via the Machame Route (Whisky Route), and 1 night descending.
The summit climb is overnight to reach Uhuru at dawn.
After your descent, you will be driven back to Rivertrees Country Inn where you will spend 1 further night before your safari starts.

Rhotia Valley, Ngorongoro

10 - 12

Your safari guide will meet you at Rivertrees Country Inn after breakfast. Together you will get on the road to the bush, arriving in Lake Manyara National Park by mid-morning.
Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. This is a very pretty park and ideal for a short drive and picnic lunch before you continue to the highlands. Spend 2 nights in the Ngorongoro Highlands at the wonderful Rhotia Valley Lodge, relax by the pool and enjoy the views.
Please Note : If you travel between July and October, you may wish to substitute Lake Manyara for Tarangire National Park to see the elephant migration.
On your second day in the highlands, travel to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive to spot the Big 5 and incredible views.

Naona Moru Camp, Serengeti

Travel to the Serengeti, through the lush highlands to the vast expanse of the Serengeti passing by Oldhuvai and Masai villages.
Spend 2 full days on safari in the Serengeti National Park where you go search of lion, cheetah, leopard, wildebeest, zebra and all other creatures. Enjoy sundowners in the Serengeti before retiring to camp.
Share your day’s events around the campfire before dinner and overnight in camp.

Pongwe Beach, Zanzibar

Rise early for a sunrise game drive and bush breakfast.
After a morning game drive, your guide will drop you off at the central Serengeti airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar.
Spend your days enjoying the beautiful beach at Pongwe eating fantastic fresh food, exploring Zanzibar or snoozing under a palm tree.

Many thanks for a truly great holiday! Nyerere National Park was a great success as we saw the wild dogs on 2 occasions and some great lion kills. In fact we saw a pride of 10 lion including cubs within 10 mins of landing in the Nyerere National Park! Zanzibar was wonderful! The sunshine hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely.
