Masai Mara Safari & Mahe

Always popular with honeymoon couples, this lovely trip includes a short safari at a beautiful lodge close to the Masai Mara main reserve for Big 5 game viewing, before flying off to the Seychelles for time on idyllic tropical beaches. It’s ideal for a first time safari and can easily be extended to include island hopping.

Spotting any of the big cats whether it be lion, cheetah or leopard is one of the most thrilling aspects of a safari holiday. Tracking them as they hunt adds to the excitement and appreciation of their disposition.

The Stunning Beaches of Zanzibar

There’s nowhere quite like it for the stunning white-white fine sand and turqoise warm sea. Have fun swimming or just chilling on the beach and watching the dhows sail by.

You will be met at Nairobi International Airport and driven to Nairobi Wilson Airport for your onward safari flight to the Mara.
Your guide will meet you at the airstrip and you will game drive to camp, arriving in time for lunch. Spend 4 nights here.
Kichwa Tembo Tented Lodge offers authentic safari bedroom tents alongside the facilities of a luxury lodge. The best of both worlds.
Morning and Afternoon/ evening shared game drives. Afternoons relaxing by the pool with views across the Mara.

Morning game drive to the airstrip where you catch your safari flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport. You will be met at Wilson and transferred to Nairobi JKIA for your flight to the Seychelles. Please note : international flight from Nairobi to Seychelles is not included in price.
On arrival into Mahe in the afternoon, you will be met and transferred to Carana Beach, arriving in time for supper. Stay 6 nights in an Oceanview Chalet, with breakfast and dinner included.
Carana Beach is our pick of the boutique beach hotels on the island. The beach here is stunning and quiet, while Beau Vallon is not far and boat trips can easily be arranged.
Activities available to you if you wish to explore are : snorkelling and scuba diving trips, hiking tours of Mahe, visits to Victoria and catamaran trips are the most popular few of many.
At the end of your stay, you will transfer back to Mahe Airport in time to catch your onward flight home.
