Located on the westerly tip of Praslin, Constance Lemuria is a fabulous luxury hotel and a favourite for an indulgent honeymoon. The beach is wonderful here and the resort really does offer a 5 star service, dining and ambiance throughout.
Within the resort there are 96 Suites and 9 pool villas, all stylishly decked out and with every mod con included. The Junior Suites are more than ample for a honeymoon and all enjoy views across the gardens, through swaying palms to the ocean beyond. The villas are a considerable jump up in terms of space and price, with spacious gardens, a pool, butler and private beach frontage, and would be most recommend for those looking for total privacy. Dining can also be exclusively taken in your villa.
A big selling point of this resort is its 18 hole championship golf course, where guests can enjoy complimentary green fees (although you must pay for a golf buggy). The extensive grounds are also lovely for a leisurely bike ride or stroll.
There are five restaurants, four bars, a Children’s Club, a super U Spa, and a PADI Dive centre on site, but while this may seem rather a lot, each facility is intimate, of a very high quality and designed to feel relaxed and exclusive.
Praslin is a great place to be based as you can easily explore the island by bicycle or on a guided tour. It is very popular to get on the water to explore nearby islands.
