From July, the Great Wildebeest Migration starts to arrive in the far north of the Serengeti, where the herds are greeted with a network of rivers. This is where you will see river crossings in abundance and all the excitement and drama of this infamous spectacle. Your guide will meet you after breakfast and brief you on your safari en route to Lake Manyara
Game Drives in Lake Manyara National Park, before travelling to your lodge in Ngorongoro to relax and overnight. Sundowners overlooking the rift escarpment.
Please note – Game drives in Tarangire National Park or the Ngorongoro Crater could be substituted instead of Lake Manyara.
The next morning your guide will drop you off at the nearby Manyara airstrip for your flight to the Serengeti.
Your guide from Nasikia Migration Camp will meet you at the airstrip and drive you to camp in time for lunch.
Spend 4 days on safari in this region where you go search of lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant and of course wildebeest and zebra. Enjoy sundowners in the open plains before retiring to camp
