Amboseli, Laikipia & Mara Safari Only – Porini Camps Special
A week exploring the most wildlife rich locations in Kenya. Start with Amboseli, home of the big tuskers where you can get into the bush experience with a stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Then fly north to Laikipia where you can easily spot both black and white rhino, before completing your safari in a game rich concession of the Masai Mara, full of grazing wildlife and big cats.
This Porini Camps Special includes quality authentic tented camps in wonderful locations and flights between the reserves. A great way to see the best of Kenya in a week. (Price based on November travel).
This safari is easy to bolt on to a beach break either along the Kenya Coast, or with Zanzibar, Mauritius or the Seychelles.
Your driver will pick you up at 7am this morning, and take a scenic drive out to the bush, arriving at Amboseli in time for lunch (approx. 5 hours). Please note : This is the only road transfer in this trip.
You will stay 2 nights at Porini Amboseli Camp. Explore Amboseli National Park, home to the big tuskers and views to Mount Kilimanjaro. Other activities include walking within Selenkay and village visits.
Porini Camps offer shared morning and afternoon activities, lead by the excellent in-lodge game rangers in their own 4×4 vehicles. Meals in camp and house drinks are all included.
Your guide from Porini Amboseli Camp will drop you at the airstrip for your flight to Nanyuki, via Nairobi Wilson.
On arrival to Nanyuki, your guide from Porini Rhino Camp will pick you up and drive you to camp, arriving in time for lunch. Stay here for 2 nights and enjoy twice daily activities, meals and house drinks are included.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to all the Big 5, but the reason you come here is for the beutiful environment and for rhino. Both black and white rhino can be seen here and are flourishing in this protected environment.
You will be transferred to Nanyuki airstrip for your onward flight to the Mara. Here you will be met by your driver who will game drive you to Porini Lion Camp, where you will stay for 2 nights.
Porini Lion Camp enjoys one of the most exciting locations within the Mara ecosystem, in a game rich location that is always a thrill. There are so many cats here, plus hyena, grazing wildlife, hippo pools, its brilliant. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives or walking activities.
At the end of your stay, you will be transferred to the airstrip where you will fly back to Nairobi Wilson.
