There is now NO red list and no rules for departure from the UK. However, in line with all UK arrivals, travellers are expected to have booked UK government recognised (not NHS) antigen test(s) before return to the UK. The number will be required for the UK passenger locator form to be completed prior to departure from the country you are visiting.

PRE ARRIVAL

KENYA
PRE ARRIVAL
All arrivals over 18yrs must have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
All travellers 5 years+ must have a negative PCR certificate where the test is taken within 72 hrs before travel.
Paper verification of COVID-19 test results & vaccination certificates are not accepted. Airlines must ensure all travellers have uploaded both documents into global haven before boarding via www.globalhaven.org
All travellers (incl. those in transit) must complete a Travellers Health Surveillance Form 24hrs before arrival. This generates a QR code required for entry.
All travellers must obtain their visa in advance, online via: www.evisa.go.ke.
Inbound and transit passenger flights from UAE Suspended
ON ARRIVAL
All arrivals expected to self-monitor and report daily through the jitenge platform for their first 14 days in Kenya.
A random antigen test may be taken by port health officers depending on risk evaluation of the country of origin. Those testing +ve will be isolated at a Ministry of Health designated facility for 10 days (own cost) and must take a PCR test before discharge.
ON DEPARTURE
All travellers require a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
PCR tests are not required unless specified by the airline / final destination.

PRE ARRIVAL

NAMIBIA
PRE ARRIVAL
All travellers 5 years+ must have a negative PCR test not older than 7 days from the date of specimen collection to entry into Namibia.
Covid-19 test results must be uploaded onto the Trusted Travel System platform to verify and authenticate the results.
Children under 5yrs are exempt.
All travellers must complete the COVID – 19 Surveillance Form

RWANDA
PRE ARRIVAL
Arriving passengers must present a -ve PCR taken within 72 hrs prior to first departure except accompanied children under 5 yrs.
All Travellers must complete a Passenger Locator Form before arrival into Rwanda. This generates a Unique Health Code (UHC) which you must present on arrival. Note: only submittable within 72 hrs of departure
ON ARRIVAL
Tourists visiting National Parks must take a PCR test on arrival, day 3 & 7 ($60 each) & daily Rapid Antigen tests throughout your stay (own cost). A facilitation request including guest information & travel itinerary must be submitted by the tour operator / hotel to [email protected]72hrs prior to arrival. Tourists without a -ve certificate cannot enter the parks.
All tourists over 5yrs visiting the country’s National Parks must present a -ve Covid-19 test result taken within 24hrs of arrival. A PCR test is required for those visiting primates at Volcanoes, Nyungwe & Gishwati-Mukura NP. Rapid Antigen test is required for those visiting Akagera NP and all other activities.
ON DEPARTURE

SEYCHELLES
PRE ARRIVAL
All Travellers must take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hrs prior to travel (including infants & children)
All travellers must apply for a Health Travel Authorisation (HTA) only submittable within 72 hrs of departure
Individuals who have had a recent past infection (between 2 and 12 weeks before date of departure), can produce a negative rapid antigen test within 72h of departure, with evidence of this infection (positive test result, and certificate confirming completion of isolation or certificate of recovery), instead of a PCR test. These documents should be submitted during the Travizory application process.
All travellers must have proof of valid Travel & Health insurance to cover COVID-19 related quarantine, isolation or treatment.

TANZANIA (Excluding Zanzibar)
PRE ARRIVAL
All travellers (incl. children) must complete a Travellers Surveillance Form, to be submitted within 24 hrs before arrival. Upon submission you will receive a Unique Health Code which will be requested during primary screening.
All travellers (5yrs and above) are required to take a PCR test taken 96 hrs before arrival into Tanzania
Travellers who were infected and recovered from COVID 19 shall be required to submit a proof of recovering from the disease obtained from Authorised Medical personnel upon arrival to Tanzania.
ON ARRIVAL
Travellers arriving from countries experiencing variants of concern/variants of interest, highest number of COVID 19 cases based on WHO epidemiological updates or those who have travelled through those countries in the last 14 days regardless of the routes taken shall be subjected to Rapid Antigen Tests at Points of Entry (US$10). Travellers are advised to pay for COVID-19 rapid test online to avoid unnecessary queues on arrival through an automatically generated control number obtained after filling online Travellers Surveillance Form.

UGANDA
PRE ARRIVAL
All arriving passengers are required to provide a -ve COVID-19 test certificate issued no more than 72 hrs before boarding the aircraft or crossing land borders.
Children 5 yrs & under are exempt when accompanying parents arriving with a -ve test certificate.
Covid certificates MUST indicate TRAVEL as the intended purpose of test.
All travellers must apply for a visa online before travel
ON ARRIVAL
Mandatory Covid-19 testing of all incoming passengers 6 years+ through Entebbe Int’l Airport ($30) which can be paid for online using THIS link or at the airport. Travellers can continue to their home/hotel and wait for their test results there.
ON DEPARTURE
– All travellers must have a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72hrs of travel (72hrs begins on the day the sample is collected for testing). Children <3yrs exempt if travelling with -vely certified parents. You MUST indicate “Travel” as the purpose of the test.

ZAMBIA
PRE ARRIVAL
ll travellers must take a COVID-19 PCR test no more than 72 hrs prior to departure.
All passengers must fill out a traveller’s health questionnaire on board & present it to the health staff on arrival (should be provided on the plane but it is advised to download (above) and fill in to avoid potential complications.

The cost of a Rapid Antigen test on arrival into Zanzibar is US$25. Travellers are advised to pay for COVID-19 rapid test online to avoid unnecessary queues upon arrival.

All travellers who arrived through Zanzibar from COVID-19 high risk countries & wish to visit Tanzania mainland within 14 days from the date of arrival will be required to present a -ve Rapid Antigen Test certificate obtained during entry, otherwise they will be subjected to Rapid Antigen Test at Points of Entry.
